HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

 

 

 

The company AGH SAS is constituted in January, 2012 in Bogota city D.C, belongs to Human Talent Coordination, Administrative Management Center SENA with different groups associated 69062, 69063, 69064, 69065 and 69069, of these groups 69065 assumes the administration of the company with the instructor Manager Claudia Anaya, endorsing the managerial process with the formative project led by the instructor Doris Soler. These groups created the strategic addressing of the organization, logo and slogan, they adapted the physical space granted for the functioning and elaborated the portfolio of services they started to work the counseling process with 6 SMEs customers.

The administrator group 69065 directed, organized and controlled everything related to the administration of the didactic company in that moment divided in 7 areas: Administrative and financial, selection and recruitment, compensations, development and maintenance, well-being and occupational health, organizational investigation.

The application of the competences from this group was specifically to the company AGH SAS, this group was not advising SMEs customers.

The other groups provide advisory in the SMEs presenting offers of improvement in the processes of management of human talent according the scheduled competences and the formative project.

 

The didactic company during the third quarter of 2012 associated new groups 69070, 69078, 69079 and initiates the labor as Manager instructor Sandra Bonilla as well as the leadership of the formative project. During the fourth quarter the group 69080 joined, increasing the company in workers' participation and increasing its growth reflected in the advising to 35 SMEs customers.

 

For the year 2013 AGH SAS starts a process of reengineering with nine associated groups and the participation of a new instructor Manager Esteban León Arias. The process of planning and guidance of the company based on the concept of reengineering consists in reinvent, recreate and strengthen the organization, basing its administration in management for processes, creating its process map and distributing the administration granting to all the members with new responsibilities in the company, strengthening the application of the formative project focused in the model of management for labor competences.
